While competing at William & Mary, I personally used these shoes often and would recommend them for all throwers (shot put, discus & hammer throw) at any level. Even if you’re a beginner, these throwing shoes will help you hit better positions. It doesn’t matter if you throw shot put using the glide or spin technique, these shoes will help throw far.
